This building was constructed at the end of the Edo Period. The entrance, reception room, hallway, and shrine are all in a straight line, so among the oshi homes, this one has one of the most beautiful structures. It’s considered to be a world treasure because of that, and its association with Mt. Fuji.

This house is also privately owned and occupied, so, unfortunately, you cannot get a good look at it. But there is a model of it in the Mt. Fuji Museum, where you can see inside of it. It’s definitely worth checking out!
