Lastly, we have the “Department of Ideals.” We at SDGs overcome borders and work together to achieve our ideal of “A world where no one is left behind.” Not just human borders, of course, but also those between humans and Yōkai.

Now, we’ve come to see the Grand Yōkai Summit! Come everybody– approach them. If you look clooooosely enough, you’ll hear the sound of the Summit…!

THUMP THUMP THUMP (Grand Yōkai Summit sounds)
JINGLE DUM JINGLE DUM JINGLE (festival music and taiko drum sounds)
Eeeheeheehee! Oohohohoo! (Yōkai laughter)

Seeing so many Yōkai come together in a parade…this is definitely the highlight! Oh? Is that Ittan-momen and Tengu and…are they fighting?

Ittan-momen:
Oi, TENGU! Your fan gustings are blowin’ me away! It took me all day to put myself together!

Tengu:
The heck did you say?! Making supernatural winds is my whole THING. Don’t like it, then buzz off!

Newbie:
Aaah! Wait a sec! Tengu, Ittan-momen, calm down!

Ittan-momen:
The HECK you just say to me?!?! Who made you King Crap of Mt. Stool?! Shut yer trap before I scramble your ugly mug!

Tengu:
Scramble?! Try it before I shred you first and use your scraps to wipe my–

\ BOOOOOOM!!! /

Newbie:
Eeeeee!! Is that Mr. Otoroshi?!

Otoroshi:
ENOUGH! Sir Tengu, Sir Ittan-momen, where is your dignity as Yōkai? You both control the winds; you must work together. Sir Tengu, why not sit atop of Sir Ittan-momen as he rides the winds? Sir Ittan-momen, if you cooperate with Sir Tengu as he works the gales, who knows how far you’ll go? Earth, the Yōkai realm– the universe would be your oyster! You must draw out each other’s strengths!

Tengu:
O-of course…Ittan-momen, I’m sorry.

Ittan-momen:
It’s no problem…I was out of line, too.

Newbie:
Woooow! Tengu and Ittan-momen made up! You’re so cool, Mr. Otoroshi!

Otoroshi:
It was nothing. Swearing and screaming won’t get us anywhere. We’re all made from different stuff; naturally, we all think differently. We do not have to understand– what is important is that we talk to one another and learn our differences. To “not know” is to know fear. Learning is the first step towards solutions, is it not?

Newbie:
That’s so true…! “To ‘not know’ is to know fear…” We humans might also birth new ideas and start solving worldwide issues, as soon as we understand our differences.

THUMP THUMP THUMP (Grand Yōkai Summit sounds)
JINGLE DUM JINGLE DUM JINGLE (festival music and taiko drum sounds)
Eeeheeheehee! Oohohohoo! (Yōkai laughter)

Newbie:
Ah! Look, look! The Grand Summit is gone!
