The path you’re walking now is aptly called “Taki-no-michi,” or “waterfall road,” because it historically leads to the magnificent Fudō Falls.

Maintained continuously by locals, it has led visitors from the main temple to the falls since the Meiji Period. A staircase worthy of a sacred place.

Enshrined along the way is the Buddha Jinpen Daibosatsu. Praying to him is said to be good for leg health, and he has watched over countless visitors en route to the waterfalls.

On this road, walking is prayer. Let the power course through you.
