──Before he was a king, Shō Taikyū lived his life as a prince of this castle.

It is here where Shō Taikyū first worked with Kinmaru. This is also where Kinmaru and Kenyū worked side by side under the prince, but that is not where the coincidences end. Once upon a time when Gosamaru’s family fell from power at Nakijin, they ended up retreating to Goeku castle. It is actually rumored that Amawari and Gosamaru’s clans were actually related and that Amawari was actually Gosamaru’s son. Either way, Goeku Castle is what ties together all of the main characters in this story.

If there were a village chief with the mindset of an entrepreneur, the villages could have been consolidated and everyone would be related by blood.
