You can walk down the tatsumichi street as far as the gate. Try it! Something interesting will happen, and you’ll get to experience for yourself the length of the path.

What’s interesting is that the banner on the right side advertises “Tonkatsu” or “Pork cutlet bowl”, which is pretty clear evidence that many Maeyashiki served food.
