Here at Bruno, one can enjoy craft beer from “Session’s Brewery” in Eba, Hiroshima. Their signature fried chicken and single-plate dishes kick in an even bigger craving for beer. Originally known as a beer hall called “Sunny Day Beer”, it started offering its own beer brewed in-house three years after opening, after setting up a brewery in the Eba area in Hiroshima. Having been an oyster farm in the past, they are exploring new beer-brewing techniques by embracing their historical background. One such example is the “Oyster City Stout”, which utilizes oyster shells. The most popular one, however, is the floral “Bruno Lager”, best eaten with mouth-watering spicy fried chicken. A shareable plate of fried chicken wings, breasts, and thighs is also available for a larger group. The refreshing taste of beer and chicken would surely make your time much more enjoyable. Bruno is one of the bars that suffered from the fire, and it is currently being renovated. Someday, when they’re fully back in business, stop by Bruno and have some beer.
