Going up the stairs, you will come to a dark room. It is a very dark room.
I want you to take a good look at the darkness inside yourself; the unpleasant things about you, the things you'd rather forget.

It is dark, but it is not scary. My friends are diligently watching over you. They are called Kanshisha-the Watchers-and they have many eyes. If you look closely, you may be able to see them.

If you lie down on the tatami, you will embark on a journey straight to your inner self.
Fears, bad feelings, strange feelings, things we seek to heal from.
You probably have some of your own.
Problems that make us feel helpless, things we want to forget, things we wish the Yōkai would take on for us. Things we want to blame on the Yōkai. Take a close look at these things.

This dark room should help put you at ease and calm the Yōkai inside of you.
Let's talk together and connect with the Yōkai inside you.

Go ahead and remove your headphones. From here onwards, you will be your own guide.
Now then, watch your step as you head up the stairs.
