MRS. HENG SAY KIM
BORN IN 1954 IN TAKEO, LIVES IN KANAGAWA

A Japanese photographer, Mitome Tadao san, wanted to document about her family and other Cambodians who suffered from the Khmer Rouge. After arriving in Japan, Mitome-san published his photos, taken in a refugee camp, in a Japanese magazine with an article titled “Help”. The article was widely disseminated to inform the Japanese community of the historical atrocity that happened in Cambodia.
