This piece follows her previous work titled "Donburakokko Donburakokko♪," in which she used a tub boat as a key piece in her art.

During her four-month stay, the artist drove around the island and often heard from others, "It’s about time you made something." This prompted her to create the tub boat that became so popular.

The inspiration for the current work stems from her daily life on Sado. She spent a lot of time swimming and playing in the ocean. When people suggested she focus on her love for the sea, she replied, "I'll make it Ryugu-jo, the Dragon Palace at the bottom of the sea!"

The waters around Sado are crystal clear, with fish that swarm in abundance, much like those in the legend of Urashima Taro and Princess Otohime. The installation features jellyfish created from floats found in the sea. The artist has also been on a personal journey, searching for the "Princess Otohime" within herself.

As you explore this installation, consider where you can find hints of the Princess. Experience this work as it connects to "Donburakokko Donburakokko♪."
